Many never get the chance to give their lives to study manuscripts, to chat with scholars, and see what probably 99% of christians will just take at face value. Bart and many scholars have done the foot work and uncovered significant things which if a person is willing to question, could change much of what they believe. This is worth watching, and the book is worth reading for people who can handle looking at their faith objectively. If anything it will help you to consider how the bible came together, who was involved, and how we have todays version.
