Descrição do Vídeo: BLACK BEANS not baked beans *sorry, kept fucking up in the vid* 1 15oz can plain BLACK beans 1/2 bell pepper 1/2 onion 1 jalepeno (optional) 1 egg (optional 1/2 cup bread crumbs Rinse and dry beans, then chop veggies in a food processor, then add beans, blend it up, then add egg, bread crumbs, and any salt or pepper, blend all together into a puree. I should look somehting like shit when you're done. Shape into a patty on a greased (butter, olive oil, whatever) tray, then bake at 350 degrees for about 8-10 min, flip, bake for another 8-10 min. Voila. Tip: If it comes out all soupy, don't worry, the moisture will bake out, you'll just have a harder time shaping it. Also, if the mixture is too thick in the food processor, add a little water to ease it up. Tip: The patties should not be too thick, I suggest about a half-inch. Tip: You do not have to go by these instructions exactly, if you don't have bell pepper, use extra onions, cut out the jalepeno, etc. Tip: Make this one half at a time if you have a food processor, I tried in mine to make it all at once the first time and it was a pain in the ass.
