Here are the lyrics: (Carter Family pickin') It all started back in the summer of 1927 When Ralph Peer heard the songs of the cold world and heaven The Carters sang bout married girls, the Bible and the orphan child Singing with guitar and autoharp, keeping on the sunny side (Wildwood Flower) Maybelle, Sara and A.P. Everyone of them a pioneer After the original Family broke up in 1941 They had 300 recordings, every a special song. (Bury me under the weeping willow) Maybelle went on with Helen, Anita and June Members of the Opry, and never a goon no drinking and no drugs, singing the songs bout Henry Lee, love divine and the deep blue sea.
