Lilly; *rolls her eyes* Thanks, Joe. *smiles* Joe; Im just joking. I actually got you something. *shows her what was in the bag* Lilly; You got me--baby clothes. *smiles* Thanks, Joe. But--how do you know whether itll be a boy or a girl. Joe; In my mind its a girl. But if not then we can return the pink clothes for blue ones. *smiles* Thats not all I got you, either. *takes two plane tickets, and two other tickets to somewhere out of his pocket* Lilly; OMG! Disney world! Youre really gonna take me!? Joe; *smiles* mmmhmmm. Right after you have the baby--were gonna go. Lilly; but wont I have to take care of the baby? Joe; We can always get a babysitter. Joe; pregnant people need their sleep. Lilly; *sighs* Fine. *goes to the bedroom* Joe; *follows* Im just wondering--whens the last time youve been in school. Lilly; uh, well, I was supposed to start my 8th grade school year when I got here; in September. So the last time I was in school was..7th grade. June. Joe; *wide eyes* You havent been to school in 7 months? Lilly; well, the summer technically doesnt count. Joe; When you have our child you need to start school. And thats not a suggestion; that s a demand. *snickers* Lilly; But Joe! Thats not fair! Joe; Its against the law not to go to school. Lilly; I dont want to! *pouts* Joe; Well talk about that later. Alright? *picks her up and lays her down in the bed* You need your rest. Lilly; *groans* ugh, Joe! Joe; sleep. *lies next to her* Lilly; youre acting more like a DAD right now than a boyfriend..besides the laying-in-bed-with-me thing. *half smiles* Joe; *rolls on top of her* Does this seem dad-like to you?
