The ending section intermixes short aerobic intervals with upper/lower-body toning. "Step Heaven" is a tough, non-stop challenge with lots of fresh moves and a medley of your favorite vocal songs. It features three "stages." Stage one is tough with moderately complex choreography. I don't know. So what is the highest standard or achievement you have done or goals per say? Something outstanding maybe jumping over 5 feet of chairs and still standing? Or what? So what are we humans here for to go learn go to school find a job make something of ourselves and maybe have a family and be fruitful? Someone explain in brief detail? Malls and stores and trends fashion can be fruitful and gay. I hate going out in public sometimes because i don't know what that someone thinks of me. I fucking hate it! I must be goreaphobic? possibly. So back to how do we converse and find something or someone? That special someone it is a lot harder than you think. I almost feel like i am in prison. It's like no one cares about someone else. They are all in their small groups and in their own little worlds. Bullshit.
