Tallow - Well If you have anything with electric or ice moves such as Spheal or Electrike you should be fine because you can do a knock out then to his Tallow to make it easier. Spheal must have ice ball to win the battle or else you can have low chances of winning this battle. Anyways try ice ball twice and it is fine. Staravia - This is the pokemon where you have the hardest time with. DO NOT USE ANY GRASS, BUG OR OTHER WEAKNESSES TO FLYING. Anyways Double team just makes it worse for you by have a harder shot than usual. Try to hang in that ice ball to KO it and then you should be fine. Rock pokemon are also avilable at the lost cave near Luster town just incase if you you don't want a Spheal. But anyways Rock, Electric, and ice work. With oil prices at record highs and increased attention on conserving the environment, businesses and communities are increasingly looking to landfill gas as a source for fuel. All landfill trash decomposes over time and releases methane, a greenhouse gas, into the air. At landfills across the county, new technology is being developed to capture that natural gas, treat it and send it where it can be used as fuel. At Three Rivers Landfill in South Carolina, landfill gas travels 17 miles through a pipeline to Kimberly Clark's Beech Island facility, where it helps to power the manufacturing plant. A growing number of companies like these are finding landfill gas to be a clean, reliable energy source that can be purchased at significantly lower costs than conventional natural gas. In addition, the environmental benefits of landfill gas are significant. Over the course of the past 12 years, its Automatic Crash Response (ACR) technology has aided subscribers and others on the nation's roadways in more than 100,000 crash incidents. The ability of OnStar to pinpoint the GPS location of the crash and convey to emergency responders the magnitude of the incident has assisted in the dispatch of the appropriate level of response from emergency service personnel - in many cases meaning the difference between life and death. "We started with a vision that we could build on GM's 100-year history of redefining a safer future in automotive transportation, and are very pleased that we've been able to continue to innovate in this important area," said OnStar President Chet Huber. "We've been extremely fortunate to have developed a wide range of important relationships with the Emergency Response Community that has helped guide our innovations as we've continued to move the frontier in crash response capabilities." OnStar's crash response capabilities have evolved significantly over the past 12 years. Now in its 8th generation, OnStar's embedded technology, built on the strength of more than 400 patent filings, responds to more than 2,000 crash incidents per month.
